From the living room you have access to a fully equiped southern located terrace. On the first floor a master bedroom, 2 x 1 and 1 x 2 sleeps with en-suite bathroom, direct access to a balcony equipped wit a loungeset.

There is a wonderful green area of over 1186 square metres which can be enjoyed by all the properties, and is complemented by a beautiful swimming pool which is safe for children. LOCATION OASIS HILL CAMPOAMOR
This beautiful residencial complex Oasis Hill is situated on the Costa Blanca between Torrevieja and Campoamor and is easily accessed from the AP7 motorway and the Dehessa de Campoamor exit. Having a car is not necessary but there are endless number of places to visit if you have one.
Just 3 miles from Cabo Roig is the historic town of Torrevieja which is surrounded by salt lakes and the home to wildlife including pink flamingoes. Also a large marina, funfair, promenade which is bustling from early evening with street art, with a harbour walk and abundant shops, bars and restaurants. Here you will also find the aqua park to entertain the children and shopping markets.
Lomas de Cabo Roig is in the South Costa Blanca, a region boasting some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. Beaches are blue flag, cleaned evey morning ad the water is clear. There are an array of watersports including pedaloes, jetskis water skiing, wind surfing, etc. Cabo Roig also has a very pretty marina and has one of the most agreeable climates in Europe, with daily temperatures rarely dropping below 20 degrees, one can swim comfortably in the sea well into November.
Golfers, no need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In adition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeterias/restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.
The three golfcourses, named Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and Campoamor are within easy reach, 5 min drive. One of the must do things whilst visiting the areas is to take a relaxing stroll along the picturesque cliff walk to La Zenia or Campoamor. This walk offer spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding coastline, whether its the peak of summer or in the cool of the winter afternoons.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.
When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 200€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.
How do I arrange the Key handover?
Regarding the key handover we request you to contact us through email 2 weeks before departure. The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.
At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.
Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit. In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!
Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.
Use of electricity
The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energy, unless more than 80 kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the multiple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit al 0.25€ per Kwh. Keyholding will give an explanation on site.
