Panoramic Beach Resort Finestrat is a new development overlooking the Benidorm skyline and the Mediterranean Sea. This modern designed holiday home has 3 bedrooms with 2 x 2 + 1 x 1 sleeping accommodations with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms with shower facility.
The open plan lounge/dining room is fully furnished with air conditioning, LCD IPTV and fiber optic WIFI. The fully equipped open kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, as well as a dishwasher. The holiday home has an additional balcony and a roof terrace.
The built area is spacious with access to a private swimming pool with outdoor shower. The spacious terrace and outdoor area offers beautiful views and is furnished with tables, chairs, 2 sunbeds and a BBQ. Private parking is possible on site within the complex.
All amenities necessary for your daily needs such as shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants ect. are within reach. Sandy beaches, amusement parks and golf courses are also a short distance away.
LOCATION FINESTRAT
The village of Finestrat and the seaside resort of Cala Finestrat are both located in the Marina Baixa region of the Costa Blanca, close to neighboring Benidorm and approximately 40 kilometers from the city of Alicante and its international airport. This area is considered the entertainment center of the northern part of the Costa Blanca. Benidorm is also known for its beautiful beaches and mild and sunny climate.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.
When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 250€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.
How do I arrange the Key handover?
Regarding the key handover we request you to contact us through email 2 weeks before departure. The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.
At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.
Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit. In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!
Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.
Use of electricity
The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energy, unless more than 85 kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the multiple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit al 0.35€ per Kwh. Keyholding will give an explanation on site.
