The complex consist in 52 luxury houses: 8 groundfloor bungalows with 2 bedrooms; 8 two-bedrooms bungalows with solárium; 12 groundfloor bungalows with garden and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; 12 three-bedrooms apartments with solárium; and also 12 independent villas with private pool.
They are built with all the new technologies and with high quality materials, panoramic views, windows with electric blinds, solar panels for water heating, floor heating in both bathrooms and integrated sanitary ware and shower facilities. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted and connected to a spacious living room with panoramic views. The window is fitted with electric blinds. The living is furnished with SAT TV with international channels and Fiber Optic Wifi. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 x 2 and 2 x 1 sleeps.
The Communal area is formed by 5000 m2 natural grass with lots of planted palms. There are 2 big sized pools, one is ( 25 x 12 m ) a heated jacuzzi ( 7 x 7 m ) pool bridge with infinity seaviews, a pool bar, children’s pool with a sandy beach end and a play park with swings. There is also a glazed fitness club with sauna and shower facility. Parking is possible on private property.
The village of Finestrat and the beachside resort of Cala Finestrat are both located in the Marina Baixa region on the Costa Blanca, close to neighbouring Benidorm and around 40 kilometres from the city of Alicante and its International Airport.
The village nestles on the mountainside of Puig Campana affording wonderful views to the mountains and out to the coast and Mediterranean. The charming village has a typical Moorish feel, with colourfully painted houses and narrow cobbled streets.
In Finestrat the cosmopolitan attraction of its Cala, a family beach destination, is perfectly combined with the silence of the nature of the high peaks of Puig Campana. Without this mountain, the history of Finestrat would not be understood, since to its skirts it has kept it and pampered like its most precious treasure
The beach of La Cala de Finestrat is fairly quiet, as most wanting a more upbeat atmosphere head to the beaches surrounding Benidorm. The beach is a clean sweep of golden sand, ideal for children and safe for bathing. There are some delightful restaurants set along promenade.
PLACES TO VISIT
Neighbouring Benidorm offers a vibrant and pulsating nightlife and excellent shopping facilities and the wonderful, cultural city of Alicante is just 40 km away. Finestrat enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold north winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees. In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination.
HOW TO TRAVEL?
Due to the proximity of the two international airports: El-Altet ( Alicante ) and Manises ( Valencia ), it is very well communicated. And thanks to the AP-7 highway that has an access in the same town it is very easy to reach any destination. There are AVE trains to Madrid from Valencia and Alicante.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.
When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 200€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.
How do I arrange the Key handover?
Regarding the key handover we request you to contact us through email 2 weeks before departure. The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.
At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.
Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit. In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!
Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.
Use of electricity
The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energy, unless more than 80 kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the multiple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit al 0.25€ per Kwh. Keyholding will give an explanation on site.
