This beautiful penthouse apartment in residence Oasis Hill is situated on a hill in Campoamor, just 20 minutes walk from the sea and only 2km from the main shopping center La Zenia Boulevard. The apartment is Wifi enabled and the spacious living room has SAT TV with lots of international channels.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances incl. dishwasher. There are two bathrooms with bath and shower facility, a sink and toilet. There are 2 bedrooms 1 x 2 + 3 x 1 sleeps, in a bunk bed. From the terrace you will have views towards the  communal garden and pool area.

The apartment is located less than 2km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. On walking distance you will find an Aldi supermarket where you can buy all groceries for your daily needs.

OASIS HILL CAMPOAMOR INFORMATION
Park Oasis Hill Campoamor is located just 1km from the very popular area of Cabo Roig, this is the area of choice for lots of holidaymakers that return year after year to there favorite holiday spot. This beautiful residencial complex in Lomas de Cabo Roig is situated on the Costa Blanca between Torrevieja and Campoamor and is easily accessed from the AP7 motorway and the Dehessa de Campoamor exit.

Within easy reach you will find a huge choice of bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets and the beautiful beaches and marina's at Campoamor and Cabo Roig. This area is considered to be the most upmarket of the Costa Blanca with an increasing number of permanent residents and holiday makers from all over Europe and further afield. Having a car is not necessary but there are endless number of places to visit if you have one.

Take advantage of Cabo Roig magnificent Thursday market, which sells everything from fruit and vegetables to housing accessories and gifts. There are an array of watersports including pedaloes, jetskis water skiing, wind surfing enjoying one of the most agreeable climates in Europe, with daily temperatures rarely dropping below 20 degrees, one can swim comfortably in the sea well into November.

One of the must do things whilst visiting the areas is to take a relaxing stroll along the picturesque cliff walk to La Zenia or Campoamor. This walk offer spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding coastline, whether its the peak of summer or in the cool of the winter afternoons. This area is recognised as one of the most cosmopolitan areas in Southern Spain and in the presence of the several low cost airlines flying into Alicante and San Javier/Murcia airports, makes this area a very pleasant place to be and spend your holiday.

Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa can be reached within 40 minutes of Alicante airport and only 25 minutes from Murcia/ San Javier airport.  The AP-7 highway and the coastal road N-332 connects to all major attractions in the immediate vicinity.

The seaside resort of Cabo Roig is located at the southern end of the Costa Blanca in Orihuela Costa. Just 10 kilometres from Torrevieja, the town itself has wide palm-lined avenues and delightful lush gardens, with views to the Mediterranean and to the La Manga Peninsula and Mar Menor.

The tranquil resort urbanisation of Playa Flamenca is situated close to the lively town of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. The area is home to delightful beaches, golf and lots of recreational facilities such as water parks, tennis, go-carting and tennis.

Again close to Torrevieja is the popular resort of La Zenia. The town has everything one needs to enjoy a perfect holiday: blue flag beaches, golf, good amenities, lots of Spanish and international restaurants and a beautiful surrounding countryside to explore. La Zenia is one of the most famous resorts on the Costa Blanca.

The local beaches around Punta Prima have been awarded 67 European Blue Flags and range from natural sand dunes with a pinewood backdrop, to long stretches of golden, sandy beaches. Punta Prima is really an urbanisation, rather than town; made up of apartments, townhouses and villas, situated some 5 kilometres to the south west of Torrevieja.

Campoamor is an excellent location for people who want to appreciate an element of real Spanish culture. The stunning scenery, green woodland and beautiful beaches make Campoamor a premier destination on the Orihuela Costa for tourists.

Sie haben über unsere Webseite eine Ferienwohnung gebucht. Wir senden Ihnen so schnell wie möglich Ihre Reisedokumente an Ihre E-Mail-Adresse. Nach unserer Bestätigung ist die Buchung bindend.

Wann muss ich die Anzahlung vornehmen? 
Die Anzahlung, 30% des Mietpreises muss innerhalb von fünf Tagen nach dem Datum der Rechnung erfolgen. Die Bezahlung hat per Banküberweisung zu erfolgen. Sie können den entsprechenden Posten auf dem Kontoauszug und die Buchungsbestätigung gemeinschaftlich als Mietvertrag betrachten.

Muss ich eine Kaution hinterlegen?
Ja, Sie müssen eine Anzahlung von 200€ bezahlen. Diese Kaution wird Ihnen innerhalb von acht Tagen nach ihrer Abreise zurückerstattet. Möglicherweise anfallende Kosten für Beschädigungen/Verluste werden von dem Kautionsbetrag abgezogen. 

Schlüsselübergabe
Was die Schlüsselübergabe betrifft, so bitten wir Sie darum, den für Ihre Unterkunft zuständigen Manager 2 Woche vor ihrer Abreise per E-Mail oder Telefon zu kontaktieren. Über Ihre Buchung wurde der Manager bereits heute informiert.

Zu welcher Zeit muss ich in meiner Ferienwohnung ankommen? 
Jeder Anreisetag ist ebenso auch ein Abreisetag. Die Gäste können zwischen 16:00 und 18:00 Uhr anreisen. Gäste müssen die Unterkunft vor 11:00 Uhr morgens verlassen haben. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in Ihren Reisedokumenten.

Falls Sie gerne früher oder später ankommen möchten, besprechen Sie dies bitte mit dem für die Unterkunft zuständigen Manager; es kann sein, dass diese Möglichkeit besteht! 

Sind Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Mietpreis inbegriffen?
Küchen-, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Wir empfehlen unseren Gästen, ein eigenes Badetuch für den Pool oder den Strand zu benutzen. Dasselbe gilt für die Bettwäsche für Babybetten.

Verwendung von Elektrizität
Die angegebenen Mietpreise verstehen sich inklusive Energiekosten, sofern nicht mehr als 80 kWh pro Woche an Strom verbraucht werden, werden die Mehrverbraucherkosten von der Kaution in Höhe von 0,25€ pro Kwh abgezogen. Die Schlüsselmanager gibt eine Erklärung vor Ort.
