From the balcony and roof terrace you will have a view towards the comunal garden where the pool is located. The living room is very high standard, modern style decorated and is furnished with airconditioning, LCD TV with SAT channels and there is a WIFI connection. From here you can easely access the terrace areas.
There is an open kitchen with all the required appliances, such as a dishwasher. The Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom. From the balcony you will have direct access to a 55m2 private and fully equiped solarium with table + chairs, loungset, pergola, BBQ and a outdoor kitchen. There is a private underground parking available.
The urbanization is situated in the popular area of Punta Prima and offers outdoor pools, a jacuzzi and a large courtyard to enjoy the sunshine for more than 320 days a year. The Mediterranean Sea and his sandy beaches are within walking distance as well a wide selection of restaurants and various amusements. The distance to the beach is just 1.5 km.
Punta Prima is a beautiful coastal resort located in the southern Costa Blanca district of Orihuela Costa. Punta Prima is within easy reach of several lovely beaches all with "blue flag" status for cleanliness and safe swimming. Punta Prima’s own beach is renowned for its fine, white sand and is within easy walking distance of all the main amenities of the town.
The famous palm trees of Punta Prima are lined up behind the beach and can be easily seen from the main N332 coastal road between Punta Prima and Torrevieja. There are several activities available both in and around Punta Prima including: the Go-Kart track near to the famous water tower, golf ( there are 3 courses nearby and others within a short drive ), water sports, fishing, sailing and tenpin bowling in the nearby town of Torrevieja. Also there is a Saturday market at Playa Flamenca and a huge Friday market in Torrevieja. Also there are 2 car boot sales on a sunday.
Punta Prima enjoys a temperate Mediterranean climate with mild winters and scorching summers, it is renowned as a very healthy place to live, boasting over 300 days of sunshine each year and very infrequent rainfall. Winter temperatures rarely fall below 8 degrees Centigrade and the average temperature for the whole year is around 20 degrees.
Punta Prima is very handy for both Alicante and Murcia airports and airport transfers are readily available if you are not hiring a car. Punta Prima is situated on the N332 coastal road between Torrevieja and Playa Flamenca and can be easily accessed from the AP-7 motorway.
Not far along the N332 are the resorts of Cabo Roig and La Zenia. Punta Prima has a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants, often open late into the evening, and has a new commercial centre being built near to the roundabout on the N332, which will greatly improve the facilities available to visitors.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.
When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 200€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.
How do I arrange the Key handover?
Regarding the key handover we request you to contact us through email 2 weeks before departure. The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receiving this mail.
At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.
Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!
Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.
Use of electricity
The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energy, unless more than 85 kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the multiple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit al 0.35€ per Kwh. Keyholding will give an explanation on site.
