Rent a penthouse in Residence EMA Villamartin

This modern and spacious holiday apartment, located on the third floor of the EMA residence in Villamartin on the Orihuela Costa, is west-facing. The apartment features two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 210), while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 210). Both beds are very comfortable, fitted with toppers and icesense mattresses.

There are two bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of which has a rain shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The spacious living room is elegantly furnished, including a sofa bed, and features a smart TV with all international channels. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine.

Through the sliding door in the living room, you have access to a terrace of 15 m², and a staircase leads you to the rooftop terrace of 56 m², where you have views over the park and the communal swimming pool. The rooftop terrace is furnished with a dining table with six chairs, a large umbrella, and comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the sun. Just 50 meters from the building is the large swimming pool.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to cool or heat the spaces. Additionally, it includes a private parking space on the fully enclosed grounds of the residence. This is an excellent accommodation for both winter and summer.

Additional Information
The EMA residence features a garden with a large communal swimming pool, a playground, and an area with outdoor exercise equipment. There will also be a sauna and a communal space. Across from the residence, you will find various dining establishments and a small supermarket. Within 200 meters, there are more terraces, and the large shopping center La Zenia Boulevard is just a 4-minute drive away.

Additional conditions for electricity usage: The mentioned rental prices include energy, unless more than 85 kWh per week is consumed. The additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit at a rate of €0.35 per kWh. The key manager can provide further information upon your arrival.

For the period from November to March, we offer special winter rates of €375 per week with a minimum stay of 4 consecutive weeks.

Key Handover
A mandatory linen package of €7.50 per person per stay applies. The key handover can take place on any desired day of the week. You can occupy your holiday home on the first day between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM in consultation with the key manager. On the day of departure, you typically leave the home before 11:00 AM in consultation with the key manager.

For arrivals after 9:00 PM, a surcharge of €25 to €50 applies, depending on the time of arrival. During your arrival and throughout your stay, the managers can provide you with various services to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. They will personally welcome you and handle the key handover, as well as provide useful tips about the area. They will also be your point of contact during your stay.

Beaches
In the vicinity, 3 kilometers away, you will find the beaches of Cabo Roig, La Zenia, La Glea, Aqua Marina, Mill Palmeras, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, and Campoamor. This coastal area boasts beautiful sandy beaches with crystal-clear water, interspersed with rocky formations and numerous small coves, making it one of the most attractive regions on the Costa Blanca.

Thanks to its perfect location, pleasant climate, and more than 300 days of sunshine per year, these beaches and coves are popular year-round. Playa La Zenia, just a 5-minute drive from the residence, is one of the most visited beaches on the Orihuela Costa, situated between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. The beach is 350 meters long and, thanks to its facilities and maintenance, certainly deserves a Blue Flag.

From here, you can stroll endlessly along the beautiful coastline, which itself is a wonderful attraction. The beach offers special access for people with reduced mobility, as well as public restrooms and showers, first aid stations, ample parking, taxi stops, and bus stops, play areas, boat rentals, and various dining options.
