There are 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, one with a rain shower. both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The spacious living room has a beautiful design and there is a smart TV plus a Google Chrome Cast.

The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher, but also an air fryer and a Nespresso machine. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine. Through the sliding doors you enter the living room onto the spacious sunny terrace and garden of 50 m2 with artificial grass, which are fully furnished with a lounge set, a dining table with 6 chairs, a large parasol and lovely sunbeds to relax in the sun.

From the garden you can walk to the large swimming pool 30 meters away. The holiday apartment also has air conditioning to cool or heat the rooms. The house also includes a private parking space on the grounds of the residence, which is completely fenced. It is a great place to stay in both winter and summer.

EMA Residence has a garden with a large communal swimming pool, a children's playground and an area with outdoor sports equipment. There will also be a sauna and a common room. Across the street from the residence there are several catering establishments and a small supermarket. More terraces are 200 meters away and the mega shopping center La Zenia Boulevard is a 4-minute drive away.

BEACHES
In this area, 3 kilometers away, you will find the beaches of Cabo Roig, La Zenia, La Glea, Aqua Marina, Mill Palmeras, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor. This coastal region has very beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water, interspersed with rocks and often small bays, which makes this area one of the nicest regions on the Costa Blanca.

Due to the perfect location and the pleasant climate and more than 300 days of sunshine per year, beaches, bays and water sports harbors are fairly busy all year round. Playa La Zenia is a 5-minute drive from the residence, is one of the most visited beaches of the Orihuela Costa and is located between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig.

The beach has a length of 350 meters and due to its location, the facilities available and maintenance, it certainly deserves a Blue Flag. Also from here you can walk endlessly along the beautiful coastline, which is a beautiful sight in itself. The beach offers special access for disabled people, as well as public toilets and showers and there are first aid stations, sufficient parking spaces, taxi stops and bus stops, play areas, boat rental and many catering establishments.
