The Bali residential complex is located in Punta Prima ( La Ceñuela ) at close range to Punta Prima Beach and Boulevard. This luxury ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, 1 x 2 + 2 x 1 sleeps ( with good quality beds ) and 2 bathrooms with shower + shower facility both provided with underfloor heating,
The apartment is fully furnished with integrated air conditioning, electric heating elements in all rooms, motorized blinds and 2 spacious private and fully furnished terraces which 40 sqm2 overlooking the communal pool and garden aea. In the front of the apartment you will find a a 20qm2 southern located terrace and private garden area as well.
There are 3 singuar communal swimming pools which one is heated equipped with hammocks, whirlpool jets, sauna -wellness facility, indoor fitness and a children's area combined with an exclusive green area all in Balinese - Style furnishing with garden plants and decor. From here you will have beautiful Sea Views.
The livingroom is equiped with a sofa, dining table + chairs, High Speed Wifi, SMART QLED APP TV with 1700 European and International Channels ( + a Google Chromecast connection ) Netflix, HBO, YOUTUBE ect. The open kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary equipment, such as a dishwasher.
PUNTA PRIMA AREA
Punta Prima is situated a ten minute drive just south of Torrevieja, and all of its amenities such as the Shopping complex, Las Habaneras, Zenia Boulevard, Waterpark, Casino, Ten Pin bowling, Marina, Submarine, Boat trips and Playa Flamenca with its beautiful beaches. For those more energetic you can reach Torrevieja by foot, a thirty minutes stroll along the coast or there is an hourly bus service to take you there.
Located opposite the complex is the beach of Rocio del Mar, which had been awarded with blue flag and “Q” for tourist quality. Also accessible are the surrounding beaches and coves of: Punta Prima beach, La Zenia Beach and Cala Ferris, Playa Flamenca amongst others.
Near to the urbanization and open all year-round are different golf courses; renowned for their reputations and qualities are: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, all are 18 holes.
The urbanization is surrounded by all type of services, opened throughout the year. There are several commercial areas within the immediate vicinity with a variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Nearby are two large shopping centres: Zenia Boulevard on Orihuela Costa and Habaneras in Torrevieja. Torrevieja hospital is located just 3 km from the complex.
At only 30 km from the Alicante airport, 15 minutes from the Villamartín and Las Ramblas golf courses and 10 minutes from La Zenia Boulevard shopping center this area has many services.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.
When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 200€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.
How do I arrange the Key handover?
Regarding the key handover we request you to contact us through email 2 weeks before departure. The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.
At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.
Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit. In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!
Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.
Use of electricity
The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energy, unless more than 80 kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the multiple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit al 0.25€ per Kwh. Keyholding will give an explanation on site.
