Benidorm Beach has 196 houses in a glass tower with spacious terraces with views, ideal for enjoying the outdoors and the fantastic weather of the Benidorm coast. The urbanization has spa, gym, jacuzzi, swimming pools, chill-out, etc. Many things to enjoy!

Benidorm Beach is an ideal residential for all types of public. Not only because of the many health, wellness and entertainment benefits offered by its facilities. But also because of its location in Benidorm, the city that never sleeps.

This luxury apartment comprise of two double bedrooms with 1 x 2 + 2 x 1 sleeps, all with fitted wardrobes. The living is furnished with air conditioning, IPTV with international channels, high speed WIFI. The fully fitted open kitchen has all the necessary equipment.

The communal garden has green areas with flower beds, natural grass, shrubs, trees and palm trees, sports area, children playground, large communal pool of 400m2, children pool area, a chill out space, composed of a circular bar with tables, sofas, armchairs and parasols.

You will find also a indoor heated pool, wellness and gym facility.

The complex is surrounded by beaches, mountains, championship golf courses, excellent restaurants, theme parks, shopping centres and being just 30 minutes from Alicante City with its international airport and train station, ensures you have everything you can dream of, on your doorstep.

BENIDORM INFORMATION
Benidorm is the most visited tourist resort on the Costa Blanca Coast of Spain. With great beaches, the Mediterranean Sea to swim in, a busy resort packed with bars, restaurants and clubs. With the fifth largest population in the Alicante province, Benidorm is located 45 kilometers Northeast of the city of Alicante, and just south of Altea Village.

It is the central destination on the Costa Blanca with it’s dominant skyline sometimes being called the “Manhattan of Spain” due to the high rise tower blocks. The backdrop to Benidorm is the magnificent mountain range known as Sierra HeladaBenidorm attracts some great entertainers and lots of visitors looking for a good time. Clearly it has something going for it as over 4 million visitors come here every year.

With a flying time of about two hours from most Northern European airports, long weekend breaks are becoming increasingly popular. Benidorm represents great value for money compared to other destinations. The price of food and drinks are low due to the amount of competition between bars and restaurants.

THINGS TO DO
Benidorm is rather unique in that it attracts many different segments of holidaymakers, for example many younger people visit Benidorm for the vibrant nightlife and the huge amount of bars, clubs and pubs. Benidorm also attracts many pensioners and retirees who enjoy the many facilities such as restaurants and shops all very close together within walking distance and all with very reasonable prices.

Benidorm also attracts young families because of the fabulous beaches lined with the promenade full of lively bars with live music, restaurants and shops, and again your hotel or apartment is likely to be within a short walk. Young families also enjoy the many options for excursions and activities and there are lots of things to do and see if you have children.

BEACHES
The reason Benidorm has become so large and so popular is the beautiful setting with three miles of fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters with  wonderful all-year round climate and hot sunny weather in the summer. There are two wonderful long sandy beaches, Playa Poniente - Sunset Beach and Playa Levante - Sunrise Beach, separated by a rocky promontory, the Canfali vantage point that offers great views in each direction. At the foot of this lookout point is the Mal Pas cove.

The main Benidorm beaches are long and wide although very crowded in summer. Levante is busier than Poniente. There is also a very good beach South of Poniente at Finestrat. There are plenty of watersports available such as waterskiing and parasailing. For scuba divers you can visit the Llosa reef teeming with sea-life.

BENIDORM OLD TOWN
Benidorm also has a lovely old town area inbetween the Levante and Poniente beaches. This area is very traditional, very Spanish and quite peaceful. This area is centred around the Canfali vantage point and the Parque de Elche. The old town district has all the major shops of Benidorm as well as some good bars. The streets are narrow and winding. Be sure to see the San Jaime church with it’s landmark blue dome.

Was passiert, nachdem ich eine Unterkunft gebucht habe? 
Sie haben über unsere Webseite eine Ferienwohnung gebucht. Wir senden Ihnen so schnell wie möglich Ihre Reisedokumente an Ihre E-Mail-Adresse. Nach unserer Bestätigung ist die Buchung bindend.

Wann muss ich die Anzahlung vornehmen? 
Die Anzahlung, 30% des Mietpreises muss innerhalb von fünf Tagen nach dem Datum der Rechnung erfolgen. Die Bezahlung hat per Banküberweisung zu erfolgen. Sie können den entsprechenden Posten auf dem Kontoauszug und die Buchungsbestätigung gemeinschaftlich als Mietvertrag betrachten.

Muss ich eine Kaution hinterlegen?
Ja, Sie müssen eine Anzahlung von 200€ bezahlen. Diese Kaution wird Ihnen innerhalb von acht Tagen nach ihrer Abreise zurückerstattet. Möglicherweise anfallende Kosten für Beschädigungen/Verluste werden von dem Kautionsbetrag abgezogen. 

Schlüsselübergabe
Was die Schlüsselübergabe betrifft, so bitten wir Sie darum, den für Ihre Unterkunft zuständigen Manager 2 Woche vor ihrer Abreise per E-Mail oder Telefon zu kontaktieren. Über Ihre Buchung wurde der Manager bereits heute informiert.

Zu welcher Zeit muss ich in meiner Ferienwohnung ankommen? 
Jeder Anreisetag ist ebenso auch ein Abreisetag. Die Gäste können zwischen 16:00 und 18:00 Uhr anreisen. Gäste müssen die Unterkunft vor 11:00 Uhr morgens verlassen haben. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in Ihren Reisedokumenten.

Falls Sie gerne früher oder später ankommen möchten, besprechen Sie dies bitte mit dem für die Unterkunft zuständigen Manager; es kann sein, dass diese Möglichkeit besteht! 

Sind Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Mietpreis inbegriffen?
Küchen-, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Wir empfehlen unseren Gästen, ein eigenes Badetuch für den Pool oder den Strand zu benutzen. Dasselbe gilt für die Bettwäsche für Babybetten.

Verwendung von Elektrizität
Die angegebenen Mietpreise verstehen sich inklusive Energiekosten, sofern nicht mehr als 80 kWh pro Woche an Strom verbraucht werden, werden die Mehrverbraucherkosten von der Kaution in Höhe von 0,25€ pro Kwh abgezogen. Die Schlüsselmanager gibt eine Erklärung vor Ort.
